3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 sticks softened, unsalted butter
1 1/4 C creamy peanut butter
1 C sugar
1 C packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 C semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter large baking sheet. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in medium bowl to blend. Using electric mixer, beat butter, peanut butter and both sugars until well blended. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Form dough into 1 inch balls and transfer to prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Using back of fork, flatten cookies by making crisscross pattern on top of each. Bake until dry on top and golden brown on bottom; about 10 minutes.
