CRUSTLESS QUICHE

1/2 stick butter
1/2 C flour
6 large eggs
1 C milk
1 lb monterey jack cheese, cubed or shredded
1 pkg softened cream cheese
2 C cottage cheese
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 t sugar
cooked and crumbled bacon

Melt butter in small saucepan.  Add flour and cook until smooth; set aside.  Beat eggs, add milk, mont jack cheese, cream cheese and cottage cheese.  Stir in baking powder, salt sugar and butter/flour mixture until well blended.  Pour into well greased 9x13 pan.  Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
