CHEESECAKE COOKIES

2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 T lemon juice
1 t vanilla
3/4 C sugar
2 eggs
vanilla wafers
pie filling

Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, sugar and eggs.  Place vanilla wafers, flat side down, in cupcake papers in tin.  Pour mixture over wafers, about 3/4 full.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  Let cool, then refrigerate.  Spoon pie filling on top.
