1/2 C butter
1/2 C sugar
dash salt
2 T flour
2 T milk
Melt butter. Add sugar and stir constantly until dissolved. Add ground almonds, salt and flour to mixture. Cook and stir constantly for 1 minute. Remove from stove and add milk. Stir until blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto a well greased cookie sheet, putting 6-8 cookies per sheet then spread into circles with offset spatula. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. To form into cups, wait until cookies are cool enough to retain shape, but not cooled completely; about 1 minute. Turn a cup/glass over and place the warm cookie on the bottom, (which is now the top) of the glass and carefully mold/shape cookie over the sides, creating a cup. Let cool. Fill with fresh fruit, mousse, ice cream, sorbet, etc and serve.
