OVERNIGHT YEAST WAFFLES (reese's)

1 (1/4 oz) pkg active dry yeast
1/2 C warm water
1 t sugar
2 C warm milk
1/2 C melted butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 C flour
1 t salt

In a LARGE bowl, dissolve yeast in water and sugar; let stand for 5 minutes.  Add the milk, butter and eggs; mix well.  Combine flour and salt and stir into milk mixture.  Cool and refrigerate overnight.  Stir batter and cook according to manufacturers directions.  Serve with Buttermilk Syrup recipe.
