1/2 t cream of tartar
1/4 t salt
2 C sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 C whipped cream
2 C mini marshmallows
1 t vanilla
TOPPING:
1 can cherry pie filling
1 t almond extract
1 t lemon juice
1 quart strawberries
Grease and flour 13x9 pan. Beat egg whites until stiff, then add sugar. Spread into pan and bake at 250 degrees for 50 minutes. Turn off oven, but leave pan in oven overnight.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla then fold in whipped cream and marshmallows. Smash any lumps and spread over meringue. Let sit overnight.
