MARINATED FLANK STEAK

1 1/2 lbs flank steak
water to moisten
tenderizer, use according to label directions
3/4 C vegetable oil
1/4 C soy sauce
3 T honey
2 T vinegar
1 t powdered garlic
1/2 t ginger
6 green onions, finely chopped

Sprinkle water and tenderizer on both sides of steak.  Combine remaining ingredients.  Add steak.  Refrigerate two hours or overnight.
