CREAM CHEESE DIP

2 packages cream cheese
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 C boiling water
mayonnaise
5 green onions, thinly sliced
1/8 t spice islands beau monde seasoning

Dissolve bouillon cubes in water, using a little bit at a time until dissolved.  (may not have to use entire 1/4 cup)  Whip cream cheese, then add bouillon until well combined.  Add onions and seasoning and mix well.  Refrigerate for an hour or overnight.  When ready to serve, add mayonnaise, a little bit at a time until dip is the desired consistency.
