1 C celery
1 C onion
clam juice
1 cube butter
1/2 C-3/4 C flour
1 qt milk
2 C clams
Simmer potatoes, celery and onion in clam juice and water (just barely cover). While this is cooking, melt butter and gradually add flour, then add milk. Add clams and vegies and heat.
