PUMPKIN DESSERT

FOR CRUST:
1 pkg yellow cake mix (reserve 1 C)
1 egg
1 stick melted butter

After reserving 1 cup cake mix, combine remaining mix with egg and melted butter.  Press into large cake pan.

FOR FILLING:
1 1/2 C pumpkin
3/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp ginger
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
2 eggs

Mix well and pour over crust.

FOR TOPPING:
1 C reserved cake mix
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 T butter
chopped nuts

Mix dry ingredients; cut in butter.  Crumble over top of filling.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
