CARMEL CORN

2 C brown sugar
1/2 C light corn syrup
1/2 lb butter
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
6 quarts popped corn

Boil brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt until it reaches hard ball stage.  Take off  heat and mix in baking soda.  Add popcorn and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.  Let cool for 10 minutes.
