2 C packed dark brown sugar
3/4 C mango juice or nectar
3/4 C fresh or frozen reconstituted passion fruit juice blend
3/4 C fresh orange juice
3/4 C pineapple juice
1/2 C golden syrup (cane syrup)
1/2 C fresh lime juice
1/2 C fresh lemon juice
1/2 C grapefruit juice
1/4 C grated onion
1 1/2 T dry mustard
1 1/2 t white pepper
1/2 t kosher salt
1/2 t cumin
2 T plus 2 t cornstarch
Whisk all ingredients except cornstarch in heavy large saucepan. Transfer 1/4 cup sauce mixture to small bowl; add cornstarch and stir until dissolved. Whisk cornstarch mixture into sauce mixture. Cook over medium-high heat until sauce comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil sauce 1 minute, continuing to stir.
