CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

2-4 C cooked and drained broccoli (just tender)
4 C cooked chicken, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 C mayo
1 t curry powder
2 T lemon juice
1/2 C butter melted
1 C bread crumbs

Combine butter and bread crumbs in small bowl. Mix soup, mayo, curry and lemon juice in separate bowl. Place broccoli on bottom of buttered 9x13 pan and then place chicken on top of broccoli. Pour soup mixture over chicken and top with bread crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

I usually add cheddar cheese also and double the curry. Also, if you are using frozen broccoli, make sure it is drained well or it will be very watery....

One more thing......I'm not a big mayo fan, so I use sour cream instead.
