CRUST:
25 vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 C chopped pecans
1/4 C melted butter
FILLING:
3/4 C softened butter
1 C sugar
1 t vanilla
2 squares semi sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
3 eggs
FOR CRUST:
Mix together all crust ingredients and press into pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees and then cool.
FOR FILLING:
Cream together butter and sugar then add vanilla and chocolate. Add eggs one at a time and beat for 5 minutes after each addition. Spread filling on crust and refrigerate until ready to serve.
