STUFFED MUSHROOMS

1/2 pkg frozen, chopped, cooked spinach, thawed
Roll in paper towel and squeeze out all liquid.  Add to 1/2 pint sour cream, pepper to taste, 1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix.  Remove stems from 25-30 large mushrooms.  Fill caps and place on cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
