1 1/2 stick butter
2/3 C evaporated milk divided in half
1/2 t vanilla
1 lb carmels
1 C chocolate chips
1 C chopped nuts
Combine cake mix with butter, 1/3 cup milk and vanilla. Pour 2/3 of batter into greased 9x13 pan and bake about 6 minutes at 375 degrees. Melt carmels and 1/3 cup milk in double boiler. Keep warm. Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked mixture, then pour carmel mixture on top. Crumble remaining batter over top. Bake 16 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool before cutting.
