8 oz white chocolate chips
2 large eggs
pinch of salt
1/2 C sugar
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
1 C flour
8 oz semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter 8 inch square pan. Line bottom with parchment paper and lightly butter. Melt butter in small sauce pan over low heat. Remove from heat and add half of the white chocolate; do not stir. Beat eggs with pinch of salt until frothy. Gradually add sugar and beat until pale yellow and slowly dissolving ribbon forms when beaters are lifted. Add butter, white chocolate mixture, vanilla and salt, then flour and mix until just combined. Stir in semisweet chips and remaining white chocolate chips. Spoon mixture into prepared pan; smooth top with spatula. Bake until tester comes out almost clean; about 30 minutes.
