NO FAIL FRENCH BREAD

2 1/2 C warm water
2 T yeast
2 T sugar
5 T oil
1 T salt
6 C flour

Mix all ingredients together on slow-medium for about 5 minutes.  Let sit 30 minutes.  Turn on mixer to punch down dough.  Separate into 2 pieces, form into loafs and slash tops on diagonal.  Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  Brush tops with butter.
